PT Apexindo Pratama Duta is now one of PT Rajawali Adikarya (“RAK”)’s client. Established in 1984, PT Apexindo Pratama Duta Tbk (“Apexindo”) is the only Indonesian drilling contractor with offshore and onshore drilling capacity for oil and gas, geothermal and coal bed methane industries. With its high quality and highly maintained fleet of seven offshore rigs (3 jack-up and 4 swamp barges), eight onshore rigs and one FPSO vessel, Apexindo has been drilling for clients which include some of the largest international and domestic energy companies, such as Total E&P Indonesie, Chevron, Pertamina, VICO Indonesia, and Santos.
In order to provide maximum value for all stakeholders, Apexindo obtained ISO 9001:2000 certification for Quality Management System in 2005, later upgraded in 2008 by obtaining ISO 9001:2008 certification. In 2011, Apexindo obtained ISO 14001:2004 certification in Environment Management System and OHSAS 18001:2007 certification in Safety and Health Management System.
Apexindo has used Epicor 9 since 2013. Until now, Apexindo is using Epicor 9 as its ERP System. RAK, as the Certified Epicor Partner in Indonesia is now Apexindo’s consultant vendor for Epicor ERP System.

Customization & Development of Epicor Accounting Report for Rig Tasha
Apexindo has a needed to produce several accounting reports that show data or transactions only from its newly-built jack up rig, Tasha. In Apexindo’s Epicor 9, rig is represented by Plant.
Our focus is to create new reports. Several reports will be Tasha’s reports. It means those reports will only show Tasha’s transaction or journal. The others will have Plant parameter so user can define the Plant whose data wants to be showed. The problem is there is no Plant information in Epicor’s standard journal table.
In order to get Plant information for every accounting transaction, our approach solution is to create form and database customizations. We custom a few form that produce journal, such as Invoice Entry (AR & AP), Payment Entry, Cash Receipt Entry, and also Journal Entry. Therefore, user will can define the Plant for every transaction inputted in those forms.
By doing form customization, of course we also need to do database customization. We need to store Plant information into database, so it can be used for report development. The Plant information has to be connected with accounting transaction in database. Also, we create a new table in order to store balance amount for Tasha.
