Underground Mine Visit during Epicor Implementation at PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya. 2018.

At the beginning of the Epicor ERP Implementation at PT Cibaliung Sumberdaya (CSD), mining visits were carried out at the CSD underground mine site located at the Cibaliung District, Pandeglang, Banten, by consultants accompanied by a Key User and responsible person on the mining site. This activity is performed with the objectives of the business process deepening and more comprehensive understanding by the Consultant Team in order to generate the most appropriate solution at the time the Epicor system is used operationally later. This is necessary considering that the Epicor system implemented in CSD covers all business processes, which are Finance & Accounting, Supply Chain (Procurement & Inventory), Human Capital, Maintenance Management, Production Mining, and Production Manufacture.
