As an annual event that always been held, #RAK conducts a #CorporateSession between management and senior-level employees. This #ManagementMeeting held on March 26-27, 2019, at The Green Peak Hotel & Resort, Puncak, Jawa Barat.
This session has the primary objectives that are to evaluate last year’s performance and define the most comprehensive business plan for running year per working units. Things that should be improved and how the strategy reaches the agreed targets. Align employees with the organization’s goals and values. Enhance employees’ sense of well-owning. Increase employee motivation and productivity.
On the second day, there is also carry-out the #familygathering with the employee and their family. These activities took place in the same hotel and continue to The Breeze Hills Resto, Puncak. Having family gatherings is one of the easiest social activities between the company and the employee’s family. The RAK family gathering this year also used as a momentum for a recharged spirit to work optimistically, sincerely, and focus on the goals and should transform our company from good to great.
