The Kick-Off Meeting (by Video Conference) marks the start of the MYCO CPM implementation at PT Timah Tbk. With the commencement of this project, it is hoped that team members from both parties can work together well in order to well-achieve project goals.
The main target of MYCO Implementation is to build a Financial Control & Analysis system that is integrated in two different areas, that is Planning & Budgeting and Financial Consolidation, to simplify, accelerate, and improve data accuracy in the annual RKAP preparation process, as well as in the preparation of monthly Consolidated Financial Statements.
