As part of the implementation phase, the Business Modeling & Gap Analysis workshop session was held. This activity has an agenda and objectives, that is, the discovery of current business processes, constraints experienced, and expectations for the implementation of the MYCO CPM system, Business Process confirmation, and the ‘look & feel’ of the MYCO apps to customers, to limit expectations.
Whereas Gap Analysis is meant to uncover any business processes that either are addressed by the current software configuration or the software does not have the functionality required out of the box.
